_NOVEL MULTI-AGENT APPROACH TO MAZE SOLVING USING Q-LEARNING - BSc Final Project

  • Utilised Python to implement and evaluated a new multi-agent approach on maze problems based on the Q-learning algorithm. The conducted experiments show the potential of this new approach highlighting its greater adaptability to different types of scenarios and its superior performance in most of the tests.
  • Implemented the use of Numpy and Matplotlib to process and visualize the data required to run the experiments.
  • Created a Windows application with a user interface tailored to the needs of the project by using OpenCV and Pillow to run all the different experiments while also automatically exporting all the results (tables, images and video) for further analysis in a professional report.
  • The work, developed entirely on my own with no mentoring, was published in the University's Project Library and was described by the programmes director as an "outstanding performance" and whose "contribution to the library will be of great benefit to future students, providing them with an excellent example of the standard to which they should aspire."

  • Implementation of an online version of my own CV in this same page hosted through GitHub Pages. Application of HTML and CSS to create a responsive website so that it can be displayed correctly on all types of screens.
  • Integral design of the website writing all the code from the original design idea and including basic JavaScript functions for ease of use.

  • Considered one of the most prestigious studios in the UK, AHMM is known for its innovative and sustainable approach to design. During my time at AHMM, I have been involved in a number of high-profile projects, including commercial, residential and public buildings.
  • Project development from the first conceptual phases to the detailed ones, including presentations both to senior management and to clients and teams from different disciplines outside the company, as well as ensuring coordination with the latter to guarantee the correct development.
  • Work both in the design through the development of ideas, drawings, 3D modelling, graphics,... as well as in the technical and regulatory area through the constant monitoring of all the variables that may affect the development of the project until the final documents and deliverables are finished and presented to the clients.
  • Project architect. Client presentations and leading team-wide meetings fostering collaboration among teams and across departments assigning tasks as needed. Spot project inefficiencies and quickly identify solutions to those challenges, while managing deadlines to ensure that all deliverables are completed on time.
